Dry Application : Spreads and Fat fillings are compounds for which soft / liquid vegetable fat is used, thus making end-product liquid to pasty. As a compound, composition is flexible.
Indicative process
- Mainly All-in-one processes (Ball-mill, Mac-Intyre) : Fat and powders are mixed and grinded in the same machinery.
